Overview:
Finished my 2nd week at GES... so far so good, received my 1st paycheck and can definately say its a lot better than working retail or that timeshare place, but don't exactly enjoy waking up at 6am to get ready to be at work by 8:30am, but who does.
The corporate world sucks the fun out of my life. I have no time to run errands, or do the things i used to since i'm too tired from work (and time flies by too quickly). And gas prices have emptied out my debit card & wallet cause i'm always crossing the san mateo bridge every day.
Other than that i'm thankful that i have this job cause now i'm one step (correction: flight) closer to my goal!
Tonight:
Went to a Moroccan restaurant for my girl, Kristina's 23rd bday. We basically got a dinner and a show. With a 5 course meal and belly dancing it was great. I ended up dancing in front of people (or what the belly dancer called it arabic freak dancing). haha. Unfortunately i was captured on camera.
After that we went to this korean restaurant on noriega and ordered strawberry and peach soju. Its been a while since i've had soju with my friends, brought back some good times. Feelin' a good buzz at the moment~
Tomorrow:
Deposit money in the bank, run some errands that i don't get to do during the week cause of work, pay back a friend for dinner, and take it easy.
